Hi,
I am an Australian customer using Unigraphics NX. I have not been billed for our maintenance contract for more than four months. I have tried to contact PLMA many times only to be directed to an answering machine. I am posting this here because I cannot log in to ugs support site may be because my maintenance has not been paid (not billed).
Any other Australian customers having this problem? Could someone enlighten me as to whom should I contact now?
