Is there a way to have searchable or "Smart" PDF NX Drawings 1

Hello,

Is there a way in NX 8.5 or NX 10 to generate "smarter" PDFs? I imagine a drawing where I can CTRL+F for a find number. A PDF that a user could click an item on a PL and have it go straight to the Balloon.

When you export the PDF, if you use the output text -> text option, the resulting text will be searchable. Using the polylines option, the text will not be searchable.

Yes, see screenshot below. You may need to expand the "settings" section of the dialog to see the option. If you don't see the "settings" section, click on the little gear icon on the left side of the dialog title bar and choose the "more" option and/or the "show collapsed groups" option.

Unfortunately, this does not work for balloon find numbers in NX 8.5
 
It works for me in 7.5 and 9.0 using those settings, then opening in Acrobat and searching.
