Is this callout practical?

Hi,
I just make up a sketch which is similar to a drawing we got from a customer. Would anyone see which sketch would behave practical callout. sketch A or A Mod?

I don't why. It doesn't let me attach 2 files at a time.

Both are usable, though using holes as locating features individually like that can produce sequences of unwanted tolerance buildup. If the process is capable, just use a position tolerance to A for all of them and a profile of the part to A for the perimeter. It's one setup in the CNC machine, which means there is one frame of reference when it's made.
