According to what one of the CAE professionals said, those errors are due to a lack of reference to nodes (or surfaces) at the assembly (or interaction) level. Abaqus creates an assembly-level node sets automatically (I don't know why) and sometimes it makes a mistake by creating something that isn't required. Problem is that this professional doesn't use Abaqus/CAE preprocessor and can't help me with removing those redundant entities. Does anyone here knows how to remove a node set using mentioned preprocessor?

I see this error from time to time and it is usually due to a constraint or boundary condition applied at a surface that no longer exists. This can happen when you update the geometry of your assembly and do not update your constraints.
