Here's another legacy command that I have use for but can't find. Does anyone here know where it went?

You probably want to use "command finder" to locate it.
Help > Command Finder > enter "join curves"

It looks like it is still there, but it doesn't say where it is.
I am on NX6

Advanced with full menus...
Don't know where it came from, but it is now on my toolbar after I did a search for it as recommended by jerry1243.
If it weren't on a toolbar, or if I didn't want it there, how would I find it in the menus?
Thanks!

If it were NOT on a toolbar, the 'Find Command' would have shown you where it was located in the menus. The assumption is that when using the 'Find Command' that if it's on a toolbar, show that by default, but if it's not, show me the menu location instead.

"How would you find it in the menus?"
The command finder usually points you to its location in the pull-down menus.

OK, thanks!

one more thing ...
"Command Finder" is on my "Standard" toolbar (the one with the "start" pull-down). You may want to add it to yours if it is not there. It is very handy, and will save you some headaches finding the commands.

Thanks!
It could be worse!
It could be Catia! ;-)

I've gone you one better, since the 'q' was not being used as a 'hot-key', I customized my UI so that hitting the 'q' brought up the 'Command Finder' (I chose that letter as it was easy to find on the keyboard).
