how did you get the data and capacity info?

With hot weather continuing in the region, the Washington Ranch storage facility was on maximum operational withdrawal, according to KMI.

Spot gas prices at KRGT Del Pool jumped $2.760 to average $7.180 for Tuesday’s gas day, NGI’s MidDay Alert data showed. The pricing hub includes deliveries of gas within Kern River Gas Transmission Co.’s Fuel Zone 11 in the Las Vegas area and Zones 12 and 13 in California.

will any FERC filings have any pipeline details?

They do. Actually there's a lot there. Project plans (many engineering details are redacted)), Cost estimates, Environmental, Rates, Objections, citizen opinions. Construction progress filings. some with a lot of pictures. They hide a lot under the guise of "confidential commercial" excuses and you have to drill down deep through docket filing numbers, but yeah, tons of stuff. New and old. But only for federally regulated gas pipelines. Intrastate gas, oil (some appear), chemicals, product and gathering pipelines are not FERC regulated.
