Knwoledge Fusion Tab NX 9,0

Hallo,
I want to try to do some custom features using Knowledge Fusion, but first problem i have is i don't have Knowledge Fusion Tab on navigator.
Of cource i turned on Knowledge fusion aplication. Has anyone some idea what is the reason?

Check the MB3 in resource bar.

Nothing. On MB3 i have knowledge toolbar only not tab.

Any others idea?
