Does anyone know the reputation of this brand? We are considering them for a new sewage pump station.

However, I have never used them? Do they have a good reputation?

I have used KSB submersible pumps and have no issues.

One aspect of furnishing equipment is the service available locally. Suggest you contact the local representative and learn about the service capabilities where you are located.

Commonality with other pump stations is also a bonus, in terms of parts and pump swap outs etc. So what are the other stations that you or your client have in the system?

Hi,
KSB are a German based pump manufacturer with branches throughout the world, they have been around awhile, not sure exactly when but certainly before 1900, yep you read right 1900. They are known for producing v/good submersible sewage / effluent pumps. I you do a google you may be surprised, would i use them yes, after evaluation of application & competitor options. But if everything looked ok then i wouldn't hesitate to use them. Just in case anyone may think I am associated to them i am not, Just worked with sewage / effluent pumping stations for- 40 years in Europe etc etc.

We used mostly Flygt pumps in our stations. It helps with maintenance if you use only a couple of brands of pumps. Service seems better then.

I use KSB Submersible Sewage Pumps  without concerns.... reliably and hard worker equipment

Never run it dry,
