Hello,
I am wondering if there is a drawing manual for detailing of transmission towers. It is my first time dealing with lattice towers and I am having some difficulties understanding the fab drawings especially those for cross arms. I am not sure if they are drawn perpendicular to the plane created by the top and bottom chords or using frontal projection. I cannot get the same member lengths using math. There are a couple of symbols i don't quite understand. I have included a sketch for clarity.
I would appreciate your help. Also, is there a forum for design and analysis of transmission towers?
Best Regards,

ASCE 10 is for steel lattice transmission structures.

There used to be a forum called Transmission Structures but it's been renamed: Constructed Items General Discussion
