Level transmitter bridle design issue (connected on the line outlet vessel) 3

The bottom tapping of the level bridle on hot oil vessel is connected to the suction line of the circulating pumps. When the pumps are not running both the trip transmitter and the indicating transmitter read approximately the same. When one of the pumps P321A/B/C is running this creates a reduced pressure in the level bridle which causes the level bridle and the level instrument to read approximately 9% low. When two of the pumps are running the error increases to approximately 18% (between trip and indicting transmitter).
change was made to the indicating transmitter bridle from another lower source (connect to drain line vessel) the issue still persist due to line clogging.(atteched sketch)
both option 1 and 2 not working with hot oil, to insure safety working level for the indicating transmitter 06-LT-3243.See attached

How about switching to using the same bottom tap as that for LT 3240? In a new design, this suggestion may not be accepted, but it is the only option you've got in this existing vessel.

technically, it is not be acceptable to use the same connection source for the safety and the controller level instrument. technical authority rejected this proposal[sad]

any proposal change in the pipe configuration it will be very helpful!!!

There is no other easy choice - this is the only practical alternative in these circumstances. In such cases, a deviation to preferred process safety practice is, in my opinion, justified, since the incremental risk to plant operations is low.
 
what about radar level transmitter from the uper bridle conection?

What happened to your duplicate post on this issue?

I suggested heat tracing the impulse lines.

My response to your duplicate query asked why there is no remote seals for LT3243, while there is for LT3240.
LT3243 should also be remote sealed in this application, in my opinion.

We can look at more difficult solutions like radar transmitter and others if we cannot make the simpler solutions work.

Why not using another technology , let say Radar ( much less maintenance and reliable)?
