Licensing tool-no license to select 1

Hi we tried to upgrade my pc to ideas 6.7 to get NX connection to the TDI library. No luck on this so rather than upgrade the whole team rolled my pc back to Ideas 6.3. (we had a clone of the TDI for testing) Uninstalled ideas and Orbix. Installed the old orbix and ideas 6.3 and now I do not have any license available in the license tool and get a license error if I try to open a model file. Any idea what the problem could be? Running NX6.3 with TDI library on windows 10 pc's. Thanks in advance.

What version is your license server & license ?

The license env_var changed from UGS_LICENSE_SERVER to SPLM_LICENSE_SERVER after I-Deas6.3

This was definitely wrong. I changed it and same results though empty License menu. Feel I'm a step closer though.

We are also running the latest NX so think these license are the same now?

Solved! had to make a batch file to set the license variable prior to running the license tool. Not sure why but it was checking very fast for the license server and not ping. But hardcoding it before running the tool help. Thanks for your help!
