which code can be used to study and design about the light pole on the handrail?

In the US, the AASHTO Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Signs, Luminaires, and Traffic Signals (Standard or LRFD) is what we at the state DOT use for design of light poles.

Not sure how a handrail would be involved. That's typically a separate design, usually with its own support, but sometimes supported by the same post/pole.

Are you doing an industrial platform or something where they have pole lights that strap to the guardrail?

Are the light poles doubling as rail supports?

US ADA handrail loading, iirc, is whichever produces the larger reaction: 50lb/LF or a 200lb point load. I'm not as familiar with loading on poles.

My glass has a v/c ratio of 0.5

Maybe the tyranny of Murphy is the penalty for hubris. -

@TLHS I am using it on an industrial platform? What is your suggestion for this?

@ACtrafficengr There is no light poles doubling. But my concern is that the structure is supported on I beams welded and that too platform also resting on I beam and the light pole installation will be done on only one side of platform, suggest me some calculations which are necessary to understand the stresses and behaviour of loading?

look the attached file to get a clear picture.
