What are the criterion to select the load combination for a building?
how to calculate the deflection if moment acts from different axis?
is teher any simple way to calculate biaxial bending?

Hello Abu,

For load combinations, look to your code. For deflection formulae, look to a reference like Ilya Mikhelson's "Structural Engineering Formulas".

By the way, it has always bothered me that it isn't correctly pluralised as "formulae". Oh well, it is a very useful resource...

These are pretty basic questions that you should be asking your supervisor.

-The load combinations one would select for a building can be found in the building code. If you are in the US and using the IBC these combinations can be found in chapter 16. Every combination contained withing code must be checked accordingly.
-Depending of what type of loads you have, I like to use superposition.
-What type of material are you using. Biaxial bending in steel isn't that hard and I don't think it is that hard in concrete either.

Superposition is only valid in case of linear analysis, be aware!
