Hi All,
I´ve have a big doubt respect of which Load Combos (section 5.2.2) applies in the design of roof structure; according "5.10.2.1 General" in Roofs section, the design of roof and structure shall consider "5.2.2 a, b, c, e, f, g" load combos, but for example combinations 'a' and 'b' have the 'F' and 'Ht' loads (Fluid and Water imposed loads because of fluis and hydro test respectively). It doesnt have much sense to me considering these loads acting on the roof and supporting structure. Could someone please help pe?? Which load combos truly apply?

Thanks in advance
ooc

Clause 5.2.2 Load Combinations , is applicable for other parts of the tank also. The relevant combinations for the roof design are , "5.2.2 a, b, c, e, f, g" .

I think You are not planning to load the roof with 'F' and 'Ht' are you ?

Fp and Ht shall be taken zero for the design of tank roof plates , roof supporting structure.
