Looking for a manufacturer

Hi,

I am looking for a manufacturer that already makes this part:

I know there are multiple companies that make this type of part, I just need to find one. It is just an injection molded part, but I need to be able to get different sizes. Can anyone help me out and direct me to the correct company or companies that may produce this? The one company that I am working with only has one size and we need to be able to go to different sizes without cutting a new mold.
