I haven't had much look looking for Coefficient thermal expansion and bulk modulus.

Need to calculate how much volume to bleed from a reservoir that is being heated from 70 to 300F without increase in pressure

If you want to maintain a constant pressure why don't you use a pressure relief valve? (in addition to an emergency blow valve) This would be much easier than bleeding fluid that will most likely be at various temperatures around the vessel. ISZ
 
The tool will be downhole with pressures up to 20,000 psi external. It is hard to explain without showing entire tool but hydrostatic pressure will move another piston that will fill void and keep pressure equalized across tool.

However, if fluid expands too much it can burst the tube. Bulk Modulus for another hydraulic oil showed pressure increase of 29,000 psi heating from 70 to 300F. Even a small increase in reservoir pressure will allow the pistons to come out and stick the tool in the tubing (wellbore id).

I just need to compensate so if heated up to 300F, the pressure will not increase over hydrostatic. Or to simply it, to make sure the reservoir pressure won't increase as fluid expand while heating in an autoclave so the pistons do not move (probably around 10-15 psi).If I take too much out, the tool will not work properly.

I, too, am looking for information on Univis HVI DH, for a consulting project that I'm working on. Does anyone have a line on where I can get a datasheet or a dealer - the Exxon Mobil dealers that I've talked to can't even find it in their catalogs. Thanks!

I copied data below from notes on the subject oil...

The product for downhole use is Univis HVI DH. Several years ago there was a product called Univis J26 which may cause confusion. Today there is one called Univis HVI 26 which does not do as well at high temperatures as Univis HVI DH does.
Here are estimated expansion ratios for Univis HVI DH for your elevated temperatures.
200F = 1.050
250F = 1.068
300F = 1.086
This estimate is close to the 8% we had been using at 300F and worked for my purposes.

I don't know what data you are looking for but I can refer you to the best source.
