Looking for pyroelectric DLaTGS detector manufacturers

Hello

I am looking for pyroelectric (DLaTGS) detectors manufacturers. Until now I found Laser Components in USA and Leonardo (SELEX) in UK. Are you aware of some other DLaTGS detector makers in USA, in europe or in Asia?

Ok ;-) let me clarify my request. I really need a specific type of pyroelectric detector, a DTLaTGS (Deuterated lanthanum α-alanine-doped triglycine sulfate ). This type in particular has a better responsivity (A/W or V/W)than any other pyroelectric detector to an incoming infrared optical power. So for example:
