Depending on your specific head requirements, many manufacturers make low flow pumps....Goulds has a LF3196 that can do 1 gpm; efficiency is terrible, but since hp is low, it's not a huge hp loss.

If you're looking for an ANSI design pump, pretty much all of the big names have a similar design.

The miton roy (or other such pumps) pump will not have a pulsation if you are mixing 3 gpm with 100 gpm. One version of the milton pump has a very long stroke and slow rpm.

IF YOU WANT TO GET 3GPM @ 75PSI WITHOUT PULSATION AND A CONSTANT FLOW RATE THE BEST PUMP TO USE WOULD BE A PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMP. IT WILL WORK MUCH BETTER THAN A CENTRIFUGAL IN SUCH LOW FLOWS AND HIGH PRESSURES. WHAT IS THE PRODUCT YOU ARE PUMPING, TEMPERATURES, ARE THERE SOLIDS?

Rotaryguy,
Centrifugal pump should be always the first shot, but
no always can meet any rated point.
To understand your application, send all important information you omitted.
