Low Flow rate pump help < 1ml/s

I'm trying to find a pump that can deliver water at a low flow rate of 0.4-2 ml/s. Desired pressure is 150-250 mmHg. Any suggestions/websites would be appreciated.

look for "metering pumps". Suggest a google search for the same term as well. A quick look shows that syringe pumps, among others, would fit your stated requirements.
