Machine tool builder NX 3D material removal

Hello All,

I was currently using the Machine simulation function on a machine I had created in machine tool builder and then imported. But I am using a sinumerik NC command which has been externally programmed on the actual machine . I have two questions.
1. Currently the 3D material removal function of the command is not working. Though I toggle it ON in the window it does not show any material removal/
2. Tool changer programme always gets stuck on the grasp command.
3. Oftentimes the axis overshoot, is it possible that the G54 and the TRARORI functions in the sinumerik code are responsible for the same. I will post pictures of the command lines soon, I dont have them available currently on my home workspace.

Do you see the material removal is you use Verify 3D?

I havent used this verify 3D command before.Is it a part of machine simulation command or is it the same as 3D material removal tick box in the simulation dialogue box.

Hello Markrief, sorry for the confusion, but i did manage to check with verify 3D and it works just fine. Just that when I simulate external code it does not work. Even the tool path simulate in the Nx simulation tab shows the material removal.

I think it will take some investigation to find out what the issue is.
