Is it possible to create a magnet that pulls with the same force as gravity?

Exactly?

Gravity is the weakest force of the four fundamental forces.

Your post suggests that the force is constant. It isn't. The force experienced depends on the separation distance between the magnet and the object, the electrical and magnetic properties of the object, etc.

It might be possible, but very limiting.
First, you need to figure out the force the magnet creates on a moment, with respect to it's distance.
