Make a custom HOLE TABLE

Hi...NX expert,
Please what should I do to make my own style of hole table/hole report in NX7. I need my hole table reports all holes, in straight column, no need hole description (i.e: Blind hole,Thru hole etc), The columns is like below:

|Point no|X|Y|Z|Ø1|Ø2|Ø3|Ø4|L1|L2|L3|L4|


Referenced by point, if hole is single thru hole, filled values are only Point No,X, Y Z,Ø1 and L1, other values is blank.

Please suggest step by step what should I do in NX.

I generally just go X Y and Diameter
