How to model cord/nail slip for mass timber panels diaphragm in risa.

As far as my discussions have gone with the major players in this game, nail slip in the actual clt is negligible.

What are your diaphragm proportions that have you concerned about stiffness? My experience is the stiffness far exceeds the strength.
 
Are you using semi-rigid diaphragms? If so, you would adjust the in-plane stiffness of the RISA plate elements to match the hand-calculated diaphragm stiffness with consideration of nail-slip etc. See pages 9 and 10 of this Terry Malone (WoodWorks) presentation:
