Hello,

Question 1:
I read somewhere that the MathCAD XML Information Architecture (XML-IA) is non-proprietary. Would we need to contact MathCAD for an XML schema or is it available through some form or purchase?

Question 2:
Are you able to open, import or paste any xml files in MathCAD XML and view the equations as you would if you had typed them into MathCAD itself?

Many thanks,
YJ

The mathcad schemas are in the directory /schema ....

yes you can open the XMCD files ...
a) by renaming as .xml and then your browers will display it as 'raw' xml.
b) If you have the store images ON (in bloat mode ;-) then there is an image for every region.

There was a recent (this year) thread on extracting all the pictures on either the collab ( or the adept scientific site.
The utility was xmcdGetPicture
