max distance constraint?

When applying assembly constraints...
Where is the maximum distance option?
The distance constraint is a minimum distance but, what if I want to use a a range of movement, specifying a max and min distance?

It's not actually a 'Minimum' Distance, but rather a simple 'Fixed' Distance constraint. And NO, there is no actual Maximum (or Minimum) Distance Assembly constraint.
