Hi guys..help me To understand chapter 7.3.6.5.API 650 First of all i think that this is a duty of The purchaser. Please confirm me.
Then, is 460mm/h The filling rate???Can You explain me The meaning of this value? I think It' s To much low But i m sure i m Not understanding.

Fill the tank so that the tank level is rising at 460 mm/hr. That may be a significant flow for a large tank.

The idea is that you should be monitoring the tank while the level is slowly rising so that if there is some kind of mistake, the entire tank will not catastrophically collapse.
 
Ok....i was sure that i had not understood.
Certainly for a tank of 500m3 it seems to me overly cautious.
