MC 331 Approval Process

Hi,

I work in a pressure vessel manufacturer, and we already have the ASME U stamp. We are now trying to design and manufacture a MC 331 tank. I understand that a tank designed to ASME section VIII is good enough for MC 331, but I want to know

1) on top of ASME section VIII requirement, does MC 331 have any other requirement?
2) what is the process to have our tank certified to be MC 331 compliant?
