I wanted to know, if there is a way in abaqus to obtain the bending stress only on 3D solid materials.

Your phrasing of the questions makes me think that you are new to FEA. This is basic yet, very likely, among the most important kind of stuff that many do not pay enough attention to. Read the following three links:

Materials and the kinematics accounted for in the elements (1D/2D/3D) are two different things. Bending deformation will only be captured by some 1D, 2D, and, unless I am mistaken, all 3D elements; there are trade-offs you make in choosing elements and materials.

Dear IceBreakerSours maybe I asked my question in a wrong way. I want to figure out the stress caused by bending in a solid 3 dimensional material. I know that I can get the bending in beam. But I wanted to get the stress caused by bending only on my part not the total stress which is caused by shear, torsion or compression and bending.
