mechanism for heat exchanger

Hi..is there any mechanism which can do cleaning on air cooler (heat exchanger). the inner tube diameter for heat exc. is 14.6mm and made from copper. This tiub always choke by iron sediment especially when the tube become hot (> 80 C).
The cleaning mechanism can be type of ultra sonic, fully mechanical or etc.
Thanks for your help. I would appreciate any feedback.

When cleaning condensors, we used calibrated copperwire brushes connected with screwthread to steel bars to push the brush through the tubes.

there is a special tools for that cleaning called Pneumatic Descalers with stiff extensible rods for heat exchanger tubes.
