Hi All-

Anybody know where/if they make 'em? I'm looking for either Comercially Pure Titanium, TAV, or TAN. Doesn't have to be helicoil... could be any screw insert/

If anybody has any idea, I'd appreciate it, as Emhart wasn't any help.

Thanks.

Any good swiss shop that does medical/defense should be able to make whatever you need or want.

Alcoa's aero fastener group is another large manufacturer of inserts (Keensert, Kelox), but my quick search only turned up alloy steels, stainless steels, or nickel alloys as standard. I would contact them to discuss your application and see if they have any specialty Ti products that could be used:

Thanks, guys.

TVP-

I called them, and apparently they have made T-6Al-4V inserts before.

Thanks!
