Meshing problem with Foot in ansys 1

I'm getting the error of poor quality in my foot mesh and unable to generate it. please help

Can you attach this file in some universal format (like step or iges) ?

Here I have uploaded the .stl format of the foot.

STL files come with surface mesh already (they are imported as orphan mesh). You should prepare the geometry in CAD software first and then import it to Abaqus using step or iges format. This way you will be able to mesh it properly.
