mill report for rebar

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has seen mill reports for grade 60 rebar in the recent pas- if so, what kind of values are typical . Thanks!
EDIT: Sorry to post an additional and seemingly unrelated question - does anyone know if superplasticizer has an effect on E during early curing?

See attached for a mill cert for gr.60 rebar. You could also look up the spec your required to use and that will have acceptable chemical composition ranges.
