Model geometry in drawing file does not show up in drafting views

I work in master model mode in NX9.
When I create a linked body in a drawing file from one of its components, that linked body will not show up in any drafting views when I switch to the drawing.
Is there a setting to enable the display of this linked model geometry in drawing views within the drafting module?

Assuming this is using the master model concept, are the views coming from the drawing file, or the model file? You can pick from either, when adding the view. I suspect from the model file.

Check if the linked body is in the Model reference set...

This is not a reference set issue since the model geometry resides in the drawing file and not in any of the components.

This used to work.

I need to have geometry, either curves or solids, which are created in the modeling module within the drawing file to show in any created view when in the drafting module in the same drawing file.

As Gunman/Dave has suggested, it's more than liekly the view you are adding comes from the model part not the drawing part.
At the top of the add bas view dialog, you can select which part the drawing views you select are from.
OOTB in NX9 it would be the model part. Change to the drawing part and you will see what you are after.

Ok, I will try that next.
Thank you everyone for the help.
I will let you know if this works.
