How to design flush end plate and extended end plate connection that connect steel beam to RC beam according to BS5950? I attach here with the setting of the beam.

There's an example of column to concrete moment connection within SCI P207 (attached).

The latest version of this to Eurocodes is SCI P398 so there may be some additional information in this.
