Monorail Crane Girder/Track

I am trying to find a replacement for a Monorail Crane 90 degree horizontal curve. The girder beam is a S Type, I Beam (non-patented track). I have not been able to find any suppliers or catalogs other than for patented track or smaller smaller sized S Type I Beams (4" - 6" depth associated with conveyor systems). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You only told us what size the beam ISN'T.

We might be able to help more if we knew what size it IS.

And the radius, please.

Mike,

The point isn't the size of the beam or the radius; All I was looking for was a push into the right direction. I was telling you the rest of the information so I didn't get a plethora of answers pointing to patented track or conveyor track.

However, I have found the information I was looking for: Standard Beams can be formed into a curve by beam rolling.

*Beam rolling may be used to form or bend metal beam into curves at specific radiuses, to form arcs and or rings.
*Beam rolling can be done with the flanges facing horizontally, which is often times referred to as beam rolling the "easy-way".
*Beam rolling can also be done with the flanges pointed up or down, this is generally referred to as beam rolling the "hard-way on edge".
