Move Component - Coordinate/Snap/Move Box

Hi,

In the attached picture, I'm pointing to a box that pops up when moving components. Is there any way to get this box to stay docked to a position. It is so annoying, it always pops to a spot that is inconvenient and am moving that around more than the component I'm trying to move. That may be a bit of an exaggeration, but damn is it an annoying box.

I don't know of any way to dock it in a fixed position; but if you press the [kbd]F3[/kbd] key, it will disappear (press [kbd]F3[/kbd] again to bring it back).
