Nastra/Patran about not getting .xdb file nor fo6

Dear all,
I am modeling a structure in patran, the model seems correct to me. I have followed the given instruction rigorously but unfortunately, I am not able to get the xdb or hdf5 file to attach. there are no fo6 and fo4 files too. I have jou file and bdf file only and of course the model itself.
I am doubting the problem might be due to a license because I am running in the student version. while I analyze the model it ends with the following command. $# uth=edu%arch=64% -v.
any kind of help would be appreciated. Thank you

f06 is an output option … "print" … I normally use "print and post-process"

Does the job create a log file at least?
