That appears to be a very old book. If you are requiring it to manufacture a boiler to comply with Dutch Stoomwezen Rues in the Netherlands, you may not be aware that such rules were replaced by the European EU Pressure Equipment Directive. However, any user may still want use some rules that applied for Stoomwezen aka 'Dutch Steam Law'.

Stoomwezen is owned these days by Lloyds Register - a European Notified Body, which works to the PED Rules.

I don't know why you want the old publication for as you can spend a lot of time and expense chasing something that does not apply any more. Alternatively you may wamt to contact Lloyds - Stoomwezen directly.

*** 'Pressure-relief Valve' is the equivalent ASME/API term ***

You can contact them here. The page will come up in Dutch. Use your browser translator and don't use the pages UK button, as your message will transfer to the UK office.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your information, I didn't know that Dienst voor het Stoomwezen already took over by other party. for your info this book still be a parts of our labor ministry's reference for examination the new boiler or periodic inspection to calculate the steel plate thickness allowable. Indonesia is Dutch colonies hundreds years ago that's why we still use Dutch rules.
again thank you for your explanation.
Best regards,
Munawar

From what you’ve posted, it seems you might require a copy of the RToD, Regels voor Toestellen onder Druk.
That code has been discontinued for a long time. I wonder if electronic copies are available. My company owns a hard copy, it’s pretty oldskool stuff.

Would European Codes not be applicable? I thought EU nations had largely moved away from national standards for pressure equipment, or are they still hanging around?
(Let's not mention the UK)

A lot of them moved away. Though occasionally RToD is still found in NL, Germans can’t let go of AD2000, and the French ... are even more nationalistic with CODAP.
