NC MANUFACTURING BUGS

Is anyone out there using Catia V5 Manuf. ? I have
driven UG for 12,000hrs and recently switched to
Catia V5. We do exclusively large 5-axis surfaced
parts. I am finding the new version "buggy" for surfacing.

Is anyone else having any problems ?

Yes ! -I'm trying to use V5 for surfacing.
And also spent a couple of years using UG R18..
Spent heaps of time just getting PP & tool files setup.!
Do you have any tips & tricks for V5 NC programming ?

I have been using V5 manufacturing for about 2 years now. Yes, It takes a while to setup the info required, but once you are there, you will save bags of time. No doubt, when you used NCG this had to be done as well. Try using R10 SP3??
