Could some one explain the following, and is this from the code

Calculations as well as in working conditions as in test conditions
tmin = PLM / (2SE-0,2P) with M = 0,25 (3+ (R/r) 1/2)

Yes, it is from Appendix 1-4 for torispherical heads, excpet in the formula for M, "R" should be revised to "L", same "L" as used to calculate tmin. L is inside crown radius, r is inside knuckle radius. M is a factor depending on L/r.
