Ro-Coil at Harrogate, UK would be worth talking to.
They can manufacture custom and semi-custom coils for most
applications and have done some fairly exotic stuff
for very high current and high precision jobs.

Have you tried LEM (

http://www.lem.com).

They have offices in WI. We use there stuff in HV applications..
