I have bought a second hand press machine (dish end crowning machine),unfortunately i do not have any manual or any data , i know totally how can i full control in the machine (i know the function of each button on the machine).

so please , can any one tell me in details the steps from loading the circular flat blank on press to finish the crowning machine
or , does any one have a manual of a machine like that showing the steps of forming from a to z.

There is great variety in dishing machines from simple early 1900's manual to sophisticated modern CNC automatic. What have you got? A picture would be nice. How big a head do you intend to make? How thick? What shape?

If the manufacturer is still in business, that would be the first place to check. Also look into any training or classes they might offer.

Thank you so much Don 56 ,J Stephen for your help
the machine is called.........HYDRAULIC PRESS WITH FIXED UPRIGHT + MANIPULATOR.... (SERTOM COMPANY)(made in Italy)
max work piece diameter = 5000 mm
max sheet thickness = 25 mm
max pressure = 25 Mpa = 250 bar

work piece dimensions :-
material = Steel 37
blank diameter = 3700 mm
sheet thickness = 14 mm
HV30 = 130( hardness value)

the target is to make a dish end with the following data :-
outer diameter = 3028 mm
total height = 712 mm
radius of crowning (from hydraulic press) = 3000 mm
radius of knuckle (from flanging machine) = 350 mm
length of straight flange = 100 mm

from my drawings (see the attachments)....the dish chord should be 3471 mm for the next process (Flanging machine),
now the chord is 3600 mm getting with 200 bar
should i increase the pressure to 250 bar to get the required chord (3471 mm), will it affect on the thickness
i do not know what should i do ? does any relation axist between pressure and thickness ?

A little bit of a jump into the unknown - buying equipment that you do not have operating instructions for. Wonder how the Health and Safety people would view that in the event of an accident.

I think your blank size is good, maybe a little small depending on how much stretch you get. Increasing the pressure you hit it with or the number of hits will increase stretching/thinning. Finding the sweet spot comes from experience and possibly by the manual. I believe Sertom is still in business; I would contact them.

Thank you Don56 so much for your help , i appreciate that
