Hi guys,
I would like to venture/build a mill for manufacturing raw wood chip,can anyone here spoonfed me the idea? What machine should i buy,how many workers should i need, operators? Any idea and suggestion will be much appreciated

The request is for a detailed business model, not engineering advice.

1 worker, 1,000 workers. Permits or bribes, depending on the local government. And where do the wood chips go? Who are they sold to? What are they used for? What sort of wood?

None of these are engineering - they are business market research.

I've seen wood chippers with 10 foot diameter in-feeds where entire trees are dropped in - 2 foot diameter 40 foot oak trunks ground up and spit out and I expect there are some that are far larger.

Well wherever this is you're talking about spending many millions of dollars so coming onto an ENGINEERING forum site with a one line business development question isn't going to get you much in the way of responses or answers I'm afraid.

There are so many possible options for your question its untrue and you provide exactly ZERO meaningful information.

Please do some research yourself and come back with a more pointed engineering question and you might get somewhere.
