How long was it between the incident and the arrest? How long do meth labs stay active? How long does one possess or stay high? That wasn't a very strong argument against my point.

Then why were there no drug charges? Usually in a case like this, the prosecutors reach for everything that they can. So if there was any evidence linking the suspect to drug dealing, or even simple possession, it would have been included in the charges filed.

California doesn't prosecute drug charges so why bother? Also, the arrest was months after the crime so it's impossible to say he was not high at the time. Clearly, drugs were a part of the guys life, though. Right wing extremism does not appear to be a part of this guy's life.

I had to take a makita grinder to the padlock on the local one to me when the transformer started brewing up. IT did the job and disconnected it.
