not able to use 'Until selected' in extrude 1

Hi i am using NX12.0

when try to extrude something by selecting a face or any reference using 'until selected' option, i get an error 'unable to trim-change the trim type/data' prompt.
Please help me to find out what is my mistake

Hey,

If contour of Your sketch (or selected edges) is bigger then selected face it's impossible to use operation "until selected".
Try change it to "Until extend".

You may want to make the "selected" a datum plane, because the datum plane has no boundaries.
