I've driven in some horrendous rain storms, but this is the first that I've heard of something like this happening:

I'm curious to see where it came out of the highway and they don't show that!
And makes me wonder if there's some other explanation as well.

I think warosses suggestion making it red neck style in my Septic tank problem thread is much better.
Just use my favorite gun and shot a hole in it, only have one option there, Husqvarna 30-06 [laser].
