NX 10.0.1 Detail View with Label

Hello, I have been bumped up to NX 10.0.1 and for some reason when I go to create a detailed view, I pick label as I have done in the past versions, but after I pick the center of the view I am going for, I then pick at the spot I am trying to place the arrowhead. Yet it automatically goes to the middle of 12:00 and 3:00.
I can not seem to move it after the view is placed as well. Is there a way to place it exactly where I want on my second pick. It seemed to work fine in other previous versions. Hope you can help

Please see attached file, I would like to get the Label and leader off of the part without using the embedded function.

Never mind, I found it on a previous thread. select arrow / hold Shift key and re-position.
