this particular model has also a drawing ,I also tried to open the drawing first and then the component fully but a get the same error.
I really appreciate if someone can help me.

If this happens on part open, there's very little you can do. NX 11 is no longer supported and I suspect this problem doesn't exist in NX12 and later. You should check the last exception in the NX Log file after the error message pops up (look for "+++"), this should give you a bit more info on what's causing it.

You can then try disabling any plugins you run with NX; try running Part Cleanup if you do manage to get the part opened (in Gateway or maybe on a backup machine); or rolling back the updates first to 11.0.2 and then 11.0.0. If the log shows that the error is produced by a non-essential application that the part is set to open by default in (like Mechatronics Concept Designer or Routing), you can try temporarily uninstalling that application, and then open the part in Gateway, run part cleanup and hope for the best.

If you have access to a supported NX version, you can try checking if the issue is reproducible there and if yes, submit it to GTAC.

Thanks a lot for your reply. But still I was not able to fix it.

Have you tried clearing your FCCCache folder? I find a lot of weird NX problems can be fixed by doing that. It should at C:\Users\(your name). Close TeamCenter and NX first and then just delete the whole folder. It will be recreated the next time you launch. And you'll need to kill the Java process before doing it or else you won't be able to delete every file.

Make sure that you are on the very last patch for NX 11. I think the last one was NX 11.0.2 mp13, but I'm not 100% sure. NX 11 was the first to start adding new features in the MR releases; there were some issues with early NX11 releases not being able to open parts created in later NX11 releases.

If you are still on support, contact your VAR and/or GTAC. They have tools that can analyze your part files and might be able to fix them. GTAC still supports older versions of NX, but (as Bleaker indicated) they will not issue new patches for it.

The command line utility, "ug_inspect", can extract parasolid bodies from a part file; assuming the file is not completely corrupted. This might be able to extract something useful from your file, if nothing else works.
