NX Drafting Reset 2

Hi,

I clicked accidentally a button or key or key combination in NX 8.0 drafting. Now NX don't generating
a section view any more. Is there a chance to reset (to default) the drafting module?

How exactly do you mean it won't generate a section view anymore?
I am not aware of any setting which can switch off section views.

Can you try create a section on a completely different / separate model / drawing?
As Ronald says, this sounds strange.
But, in some rare situations we will encounter either models which cannot be sectioned due to "data corruption" or placement of the section cut which cannot be computed.

Did you some how switch your Role? Try changing to the Advanced Role

Make sure that you are actually in the drafting application; perhaps you accidentally switched to the gateway application. In the gateway appliacation, you will be able to view the drawing, but won't have access to all of the drafting commands (such as section view).

Thanks for the help. Eng-tips info answered, I have no account any more, as you see, I have it again after a back and forward conversation and endless failed logins.

Back to the topic: It was the Role! I clicked maybe a key combination, changing my role to a useless one.So joycejo send me the solution.
