NX Part Preview and Model View Preview

HI Guys,

could please help me understanding what for in model properties in tab Preview we have to separate options:

1) Part Preview
2) Model View Preview

In general I understand how works (1) but what for and when I can use (2)?

I would like to know the difference between the two previews too.
It may have something to do with how the images appear in Teamcenter.

In the Part Navigator if you expand the "Model Views" node, the preview images can be seen in the Preview panel at the bottom of the navigator. These previews allow the user to evaluate the model without actually accessing the view and waiting for it to be generated.
